Before joining WealthEngage in 2017, Krystian was a financial advisor at Ameriprise Financial, a Vice President of investments at JP Morgan Asset Management, and a financial advisor at Prudential, where he began his career in 2007. In 2023, WealthEngage rebranded to Venn Wealth Management with their move to Concurrent Investment Advisors, a Registered Investment Advisor. He earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Florida International University.
"I am the child of working-class immigrants; my father installed carpet with his bare hands long after his body was able to do so, and my mother worked long hours in thankless retail jobs. I was the first in my family to have the opportunity to receive a college degree, and I made the most of it," said Krystian.
Krystian is a founding member and executive board member of Pi Kappa Phi fraternity's FIU chapter. He also serves on the board of Miami-Dade Young Democrats.
Krystian is a native of Miami, where he lives today with his wife, Elizabeth, daughter, Audrey, and son, Adam. In his free time, he indulges his creative pursuits as a singer, songwriter, musician, photographer and writer.
